Each Connect reading event features at least one adult who is deaf and/or hard of hearing who reads a story in the communication mode of his or her choice (sign, voice or a combination) to children at a local library. Children who are deaf or hard of hearing and children who are hearing are all welcome. A voice and/or sign interpreter will also be present. This is a wonderful way to enjoy our public libraries and to see and hear a story told by an adult from our deaf community. For additional information, please contact questions@handsandvoicesne.org.
