Congratulations to Davin Powell, our January 2023 Rising Star!

Davin was nomindated by Heather Esterdahl, who had the following to say:

"I would like to nominate Davin Powell for the Rising Star Award. Davin is currently a sixth grader in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, where he participates in extracurricular activities such as band and soccer. Davin frequently attends locally held deaf/hard of hearing social activities and looks forward to meeting new people. He is a kind person by nature and always ready to lend a hand. Davin has been working on earning scout badges and recently offered to make materials for the Nebraska Regional Programs Weekend to Sign. I am proud of Davin and can’t wait to see what he does in the future."
