The Hands & Voices ASTra program is designed to empower parents, promote self-advocacy for children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and build collaborative relationships between families and professionals.
The Nebraska Hands & Voices ASTra program can provide resources, workshops, and individualized support to help you meet the needs of your child.

Nebraska Regional Programs

Nebraska Regional Programs (NRP) wonderful events are available to students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing who are on an IEP or IFSP, which means they are receiving Special Education (SPED). Because students on 504s are not receiving SPED, they cannot participate in NRP events.
