Every month NE Hands and Voices highlights a member of our Board
This month we are featuring Sara Peterson:
Location: I am the State Coordinator for Programs for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I live on a farm near Gering with my husband Davin, our 3 kids Kaitlyn, Natalie, and Trista , our 3 pups and a tortoise. :)
Role on the Board: I am on the advisory board representing Nebraska Regional Programs, NDE, and western Nebraska.
Why I am involved: I am involved because I want to bring educational, social, and networking connections to children who are deaf or hard of hearing in greater Nebraska.
