Introduction: Hi! My name is Jenessa Cruz-Alfaro, and I live in La Vista, Nebraska with my family.
Role with Hands & Voices: Parent guide and ASTra Advocate
Why I am involved: My 12-year-old daughter has a hearing difference as a result of cCMV. I have chosen to be involved in GBYS because when my daughter was first diagnosed, I struggled to find other families to connect with. GBYS has filled that gap for my family, and I would like to help as many other families as I can.
