Lions Hearing Aid Bank:
Provides refurbished monaural or binaural BTE hearing aids to individuals 19-64 years of age. Earmolds are dispensed through provider and should be billed directly to patient. Under special circumstances, and with prior approval, Lions Club may be able to assist with out-of-pocket expenses.
Sertoma Hearing Aid Bank:
Provides one refurbished BTE hearing aid to individuals age 65 or older. A second hearing aid can be purchased for $100. Earmolds are dispensed through provider and billed directly to patient.
