Congratulations to Amelia Wragge, our July 2024 Rising Star!

Amelia was nominated by Tonya Carriker who had the following to say:

“Amelia is a rising star through and through. She advocates for herself and wants to get all information she can. She is not afraid to tell others what they can do to help her get the information and she is always willing to show off her hearing aids to a new member of the DHH club, when they get amplification. She is confident in who she is! Recently she got the 2nd highest 6th grade NSCAS score on science and math, and the 3rd highest on ELA! Amelia also excels in music, making Pierce Honor Band, Wayne State Honor Band, and having the leading role and solos in the choir concert. When Amelia doesn't have a book in her hand, she is preparing to dancing the night away to get ready for dance competitions and recitals. Way to go, Amelia!"
