Delany Henadez-Riz

Congratulations to Delany Henadez-Riz, our November 2022 Rising Star!

Delany was nominated by Carre Klein, who had the following to say:

"I would like to nominate Delany Hernadez- Riz, she is a 5th grader at O’Neill Elementary School. Her advocacy (in letting adults know she was having trouble hearing) in Art, Music and PE was an essential part in getting speaker systems in all special classrooms in the past 2 years. She is also soon getting hearing aids and is asking questions about them already to prepare. She is great about asking for help as needed and a good friend in and out of the classroom. She is definitely a rising star in my book!!"
