Isaiah Horjes

Congratulations to Isaiah Horjes, our October 2025 Rising Star!

Isaiah was nominated by Jenessa Cruz-Alfaro who had the following to say:

"I am nominating Isaiah because Isaiah puts forth 100 percent effort in everything that he does. Isaiah remains enthusiastic and in good spirits as he overcomes the challenges posed by his hearing difference and Muenke syndrome. Isaiah began participating in Cub Scouts in elementary school with his father. Isaiah continued scouts throughout middle and high school, bridging over to Boy Scouts. Isaiah attends summer camp where he has functioned as a Chaplain's Aide, responsible for saying prayers before every meal for the whole troop. He has also held the position of Senior Patrol Leader and recently received his Eagle Scout rank. Isaiah is looking forward to his senior year in high school and participating in many job shadowing opportunities. Isaiah's leadership skills and enthusiasm are a great example for everyone he encounters."
