Congratulations to Royce, our September 2025 Rising Star!

Royce’s nominator, who chose to remain anonymous, shared the following:

"I would like to nominate Royce because he is a great example for his peers. He is overcoming many obstacles in order to reach his goals. He cares about his grades and works hard. He doesn't let his hearing loss or diabetes slow him down. He is always setting an example to others and following directions. He has even helped teach in our after school sign language club. He is also succeeding in school despite other close family members dealing with very serious health issues recently. He is a great example to his younger hard of hearing brother and sister too. He has a good sense of humor and tenacity. He doesn't let anyone bully him, but he never is a bully to others. He is humble enough to ask for help and always uses every opportunity to help others!"
